Contact Your Doctor
We are undertaking a 4 month trial from September to Mid January 2008 enabling our patients who need to contact their GP to do so via email with access from our website.
This service is for non-urgent enquiries only, and patients are reminded that not all the doctors are available every day. If the doctor you are trying to contact is not available for any significant amount of time you will receive an email back from the "Out of Office" assistant, reminding you that you may wish to sort your query out by a different method.
The sorts of issues that could be dealt with by email are:- Results Clinical queries Feedback to a GP regarding treatment
For matters relating to Repeat Prescriptions, or making appointments please contact Dispensary or Reception, do not use this email service.
You are reminded we can not guarantee the security of this email service, so you may wish not to send an email containing personal details that you do not want in the public domain.

Contact Your Doctor
By phone
The doctors are available to speak to on the phone. If you wish to speak to your GP, please phone the main surgery number before 11am and the receptionist will put you through to their voicemail, where you can leave a message. The doctor will then phone you back at the end of the morning surgery.
Each day, one GP is on call & that doctor deals with the urgent phone calls all day and all other phone call requests after 11am.
If you wish to speak to a nurse, please inform the receptionist & the nurse will phone you back as soon as she is free.
By email
You can now contact the 4 GP partners at the surgery by e-mail.
