Repeat Prescriptions

Prescriptions can be delivered if we have seen a valid exemption certificate or, if you need to pay for a prescription, you can do this over the phone using Switch/Visa cards (01869 338611)

The Dispensary is now open every Saturday morning from 9am to 12 midday to make it easier for patients to pick up repeat prescriptions. You can also make a repeat prescription request but this will not be available until the following Monday afternoon. The Dispenser on duty will not be able to fulfil Repeat Requests on the same day as each prescribed medication has to be checked by two Dispensers and signed by a GP.

Monday to Friday you may telephone 01869 338847 between 10.00am and 3.30pm, take your prescription along to the surgery or use the form below.

Electronic transmissions on the Internet are not always secure and theoretically it is possible for the details emailed from this form to be intercepted by a third party.

If you have concerns, instead you can present the details in person at the health centre.

You may take your repeat prescription request to the surgery, fill in the form below or phone in your request. The Repeat Prescription phone number is 01869 338847. The line is open on Mondays 10.00am - 1pm, & 2pm - 3.30pm; Tuesday to Friday 10.00am - 3.30pm.

Please allow 2 working days before collection

If you require your medicines more urgently please let dispensary staff know when you deliver your repeat prescription request.
