Our registration process is a straight forward process which can either be completed online or in person at the health centre. When you visit the health centre to register you will be given a welcome pack which includes a copy of our practice leaflet and a health questionnaire for you to complete.
Once registered you will be offered a general health check-up. If you are on medication, this will be with a GP so they can add your medication to our clinical system. If you are not on medication this will be with one of our Practice Nurses. You can either telephone the surgery to make a new registration appointment or call in and speak to a member of Patient Services.
Following your registration your previous records will be requested. There is normally a delay of 4 to 6 weeks before they arrive – except if urgent. The accuracy of the information you provide us during registration is therefore very important. The importance of keeping this information accurate is also crucial within our health centre so we also ask for you to please keep us up to date with any other changes in the future.
Please note, if you change your landline or mobile phone number, your address, or your email address please notify the practice as soon as possible so that we can update our records.
