Patient Participation Group (PPG)
Deddington Health Centre Patient Participation Group (PPG) is looking for new members!
Who are we? The PPG is a group of people who are all registered as patients at Deddington Health Centre. We meet on a quarterly basis to discuss changes and innovations at the Practice from the patient’s perspective. We aim to keep all patients informed of what’s happening at the practice and give feedback to the practice team.
It is important to stress that this is not a forum for personal complaints nor the discussion of individual medical problems, Deddington Health Centre already provide procedures for these.
The PPG also have a notice board in the main patient waiting area of the Practice, this is updated on a regular basis by the PPG Secretary Mr John Webb and will keep you informed of all the latest news.
Interested in joining us? You don’t need any specialist medical knowledge to join the PPG, and it won’t take up a huge amount of your time. We usually meet on a quarterly basis on a Tuesday or Wednesday evening from 7pm.
We appreciate that many patients have busy lives and may not wish to attend regular meetings but we would be very interested in communicating via email on a quarterly basis as part of a ‘Virtual’ Patient Participation Group.
There is also a national group for patient participation, National Association of Patient Participation (NAPP), follow this link for their website http://www.napp.org.uk/
