NHS Podiatry

Oxford Health NHS Podiatry services can be accessed by a referral from your doctor or health care professional. This service has a base at Deddington Health Centre on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week.

NHS podiatry treatment is free of charge and deals with the following specialist areas of care:

  • People with diabetes and/or poor circulation or sensation affecting their foot health.
  • People who have foot ulceration.
  • People with in growing or deformed toe nails that require surgical removal under local anaesthetic.
  • People with painful musculoskeletal/biomechanical foot problems caused by the way they walk or how their feet function and may require corrective insoles.

Regrettably, NHS podiatry services are unable to provide treatment for people who do not fall into one of the above categories.
